The construction of a rural tourism model in Stor village aims to concretize the Plan No. 657/KH-UBND, dated March 23, 2023 of Gia Lai Provincial People’s Committee on implementing “Program of rural tourism development in building new rural areas in Gia Lai Province, 2023-2025”.
Thereby, Kbang District expects attracting social resources and active participation from the community in building and developing advantageous tourism products and services; contributing to rural economic restructuring, creating local jobs, increasing incomes for rural workers, effectively and sustainably implementing new rural criteria in the locality. Kbang District is located in the northeast of Gia Lai Province (in the Central Highlands). Stor Village in To Tung commune is over 70km from Pleiku City (provincial capital) to the east.
