(TITC) – Triem Tay (Dien Ban Ward, Da Nang City) is known for its peaceful, green spaces, attracting many visitors who come to enjoy its fresh and natural atmosphere.
At Triem Tay, tourists can visit Hoi An Eco-Hub, the first zero-waste education and demonstration center in Vietnam operated under the model of an independent social enterprise. It was founded by two pioneering social enterprises in Hoi An: Green Youth Collective (known for organic management and closed-loop farming systems) and Refillables Dong Day (famous for reuse and refill strategies and projects). Hoi An Eco-Hub carries out various activities related to recycling and environmental protection.

Here, visitors can interact and chat with people working for the community, aiming for a zero-waste environment. They can also participate in cutting soap bars that have been collected from hotels in Hoi An, recycled, and then donated to the poor, students in difficult areas, and hospitals.
Another highlight is the “Triem Tay Countryside” Eco-Garden Tourism Area, offering services such as conference rooms, accommodation, restaurants, a countryside-style market, and swimming pools suitable for a wide range of tourist preferences.

Visitors can experience traditional mat weaving with local residents and enjoy rustic but thoughtfully and carefully prepared dishes. Sitting and relaxing under rows of houses with wooden pillars and roofs made entirely of bamboo, coconut, and nipa palm leaves materials abundant in the Triem Tay area creates a sense of closeness and brings people closer to nature.
The accommodation facilities are built and surrounded by carefully pruned bamboo groves. The beds and rooms are delicately designed from bamboo, making them environmentally friendly.
Especially notable is that in Triem Tay, only a few roads are lightly paved with concrete; most remain as natural dirt paths, preserving the rustic charm and enhancing the poetic countryside landscape.
Visiting Triem Tay to experience a truly “green life” is an exciting and refreshing experience for nature lovers and eco-tourism enthusiasts. Come to Triem Tay and enjoy all these wonderful things.
