The Chairwoman of the Provincial People’s Committee assigned the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development to review the potential and benefits of developing agricultural and agricultural tourism and coordinating with the Department of Culture, Sports, and Tourism, related sectors, and localities. The village should advise the Provincial People’s Committee to issue the implementation plan of Prime Minister’s Decision No. 922/QD-TTg on approving the rural tourism development program in the construction of a new home in the period 2021-2025.
Specifically, fostering the creation of agricultural and rural tourist models in the construction of new homes, on the basis of promoting and awakening the potential of agricultural and rural resources, the value of landscapes, artisan communities, food and cultural variety.
Create criteria for evaluating the service quality of agricultural and rural tourism models in relation to each locality’s advantages and tourism orientation; develop the overall design, landscape model of rural tourism, act as a guide for people and communities in developing tourism products, and arrange effective tourism management that is appropriate for the location; improve the capability and quality of human resources for agricultural and rural tourism, hence contributing to the improvement of tourism service quality in accordance with market demands; support for the construction, upgrading, and completion of agricultural and rural tourist infrastructure in conjunction with the National Target Program’s investment strategy to establish a new rural area and other programs/projects in the area and so on.
