2.1. Overall objectives
Raising awareness of the people, especially ethnic minorities of Thai Nguyen province, in preserving and promoting folk literature works; strengthen propaganda and promotion of folk literature works on mass media
Implement programs, projects, and plans to preserve and promote folk literature of ethnic minorities to contribute to building an advanced Vietnamese culture rich in national identity and unity in the diversity of the Vietnamese ethnic community, with national, humanistic, democratic and scientific characteristics.
3. Scope of implementation: The plan is implemented in ethnic minority and mountainous areas in Thai Nguyen province.
4. Object of implementation
– Folk literature genres of ethnic minorities, including promoting the preservation and storage of works at risk of being lost and researching, collecting and restoring lost works.
5. Implementation time
– The project will be implemented from 2023 to 2030, divided into 02 phases:
+ Phase I: From 2023 to 2026.
+ Phase II: From 2027 to 2030.
Tasks to develop and promulgate regulations to support authors, researchers, artisans, and organizers of practice and authorize to preserve and promote the value of folk literature of ethnic minorities
Survey, collect, inventory and catalog traditional folk literature of ethnic minorities
Organize teaching, fostering and training programs on folk literature of ethnic minorities
Selecting typical folk literature works of ethnic minorities to include in teaching and extracurricular educational activities at schools
Propagate, disseminate and introduce folk literature works
Applying science and technology, with a focus on digital technology, in preserving and promoting the value of folk literature of ethnic minorities
