On February 23, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee, Tran Hoang Tuan, worked with relevant agencies and units on the organization of the program “The Beauty of Quang Ngai Countryside” in Hanoi.
The Program will be organized by the Quang Ngai Countrymen Association in Ha Noi. The program not only promotes the cuisine, culture, land and people of Quang Ngai but also connects people far from home.
The Program is expected to take place on March 17, 2024, at the Vietnam Cultural and Arts Exhibition Center (Van Ho Exhibition) at No. 2 Hoa Lu, Hai Ba Trung District, Hanoi City.
The event will introduce unique features of Quang Ngai’s culture, cuisine, tourism and OCOP products, display artworks and cultural exchange activities.
Speaking at the meeting, the PPC’s Vice Chairman Tran Hoang Tuan emphasized that the Program’s purpose is to create a healthy cultural space for people far from home and connect Quang Ngai lovers with the humanity message and practical actions. He therefore asked relevant departments and units to closely coordinate with the Program’s Organization Board to carefully prepare assigned tasks.
Basing on the results and experiences of the same program that was held in Ho Chi Minh City on January 2024, Tuan asked the Departments of Industry and Trade, Agriculture and Rural Development to prepare typical OCOP products of the province to introduce at the program.
Quang Ngai Newspaper is requested to connect and support the Organizing Committee in displaying photos. The Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism is to prepare unique traditional art programs and booths promoting cultural, tourism and culinary products of Quang Ngai province at the program.
