Implementing the One Commune One Product (OCOP) programme, to date, Son La province has had 151 OCOP products rated 3-5 stars, which are divided into five main groups of food and beverages, herbs, souvenirs, services, and rural tourism.

OCOP products with local characteristics are appreciated for their quality and design, and are favoured by consumers.
To support the promotion and sale of OCOP products, the province has built product display and sales points in Moc Chau, Thuan Chau, Quynh Nhai districts and Son La city.
It has also helped businesses and cooperatives to put products on e-commerce platforms to gradually build OCOP products into competitive brands in the market, thus meeting domestic and export market requirements.
