Accordingly, agencies are requested to direct organisations and individuals involving in tourism services to publicise prices and sell products in line with the listed price. Strict punishment will be imposed on those who make profit from price gouging or misleading advertising, affecting the province’s image, and those who facilitate or cover up such violations.
The plan also aims to build a favourable business environment, encourage innovation and creative startups, develop corporate brands and assist small and medium-sized enterprises in applying science and technology, digital transformation and accessing capital sources. Unique indigenous cultural values and natural landscapes will be preserved and promoted for sustainable tourism development. Preferential policies will be issued, along with support to individuals, organisations and communities engaging in community-based and agricultural tourism products and services. The province will zone areas for night-time economy in association with night-time tourism, and develop diverse services and products at popular destinations. Plans and tasks for environmental protection are also part of the plan.
