Secretary of the Party Central Committee (PCC) and Head of the PCC’s Commission for Communications and Education Nguyen Trong Nghia attended the event.
On display were more than 20 pavilions featuring typical products from the Northeastern provinces, including those under the One Commune One Product (OCOP) programme and many other agricultural products.

This is a practical activity to support enterprises and cooperatives in the region in promoting and introducing their products, as well as connecting with businesses that consume local agricultural products.
The display is also an opportunity for the northeastern provinces to promote their culture, the land and its people.
Also on the occasion, winners of the Ha Giang Shan Tuyet Tea Competition were honoured at the ceremony.
The competition on tea-making techniques
The competition aimed to promote and preserve the beauties of tea culture, as well as honour artisans who have outstanding knowledge and skills in tea making.
The organising committee presented awards to the most outstanding teams and contestants in two categories, including tea-making techniques and tea introduction and serving.
