During two days (from October 8 to October 9, 2023), trainees will learn how to cook dishes, make traditional conjugal cake and be equipped with food safety related knowledge.
Speaking at the training course, Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Nam, Vice Director of Phuoc Tich Architectural Art Monument Managing Board introduced conjugal cake. Accordingly, conjugal cake comes in pairs, representing for the loyalty of couples. Nowadays, this dish is known by far and near and is an irreplaceable part in wedding or engagement ceremonies. Having completed this training course, trainees will be able to prepare rustic dishes and traditonal conjugal cake for visitors visiting Phuoc Tich ancient village, particularly on the 2nd Phong Dien Half Marathon to be held on coming December 10, 2023.
This training course aims to conserve and promote community tourism, introduce local specialities and attract visitors to Phuoc Tich ancient village.
At the end of the training course, trainees will be given course completion certificate, have a chance to experience rustic dishes and make conjugal cake by themselves.
