For example, Dao Vien Son located in Bua village, Ang To commune, is a carefully invested and attractive tourist destination. This is a private tourist destination, invested and developed by Mr. Nguyen Duc Loi’s family on an area of 7 hectares. On the Dao Vien Son campus, there are many scenes for check-in: Forest peach garden, ancient rose planting area, H’Mong’s flute and stairs to the sky. Located quite far from the center of Dien Bien Phu city, Tua Chua rocky plateau is home to many attractive eco-tourism potential spots. A typical example is Sin Chai commune – where the altitude is more than 1,400m above sea level, the weather is cool all year round. It is the special climatic conditions with four seasons in one day and the suitable soil of the plateau that has produced the famous Shan Tuyet tea tree inside and outside the province. In particular, in early 2022, the Vietnam Association for the Protection of Nature and Environment recognized a population of 100 Shan Tuyet tea trees in Sin Chai and Hau Chua villages, Sin Chai commune, Tua Chua district as Vietnamese heritage trees. Based on the available potentials and advantages, the province is focusing on directing specialized agencies to strengthen advisory work on developing agricultural tourism, eco-tourism, resorts, and entertainment in forests, special use and protection forests in the province. Up to now, the Provincial People’s Committee also approved the project for eco-tourism, resort and entertainment in Muong Nhe Nature Reserve, period 2022 – 2030.
