In 2021, she embarked on researching the production of dry snails with the desire to bring rustic snail dishes from the countryside to many consumers.

In 2022, after creating a successful dry snail product, she launched it into the market to explore. The first dry snail products, produced by her experience, met customer requirements.

At this time, she established the Nguyet Pham dry snail production facility to build a brand. Paying attention to packaging design, considering this to be one of the important factors that determine the success of the product, she chose a bamboo basket to store snails. This packaging creates an impression on customers because it is environmentally friendly.

Currently, her dry snail products are consumed at restaurants and clean food stores in Tuyen Quang, Vinh Phuc, and Hanoi with the prices of about VDN230,000 to VND250,000 per kg.

Every year, she earns a profit of nearly VND400 million thanks to this model.
